Weekly Focus: Thanksgiving

Weekly Watch Focus: Thanksgiving

FRIDAY, November 17, 2017—As American families and friends get together for Thanksgiving Day, we want to raise our voices in unison to give praise and thanks to the Lord, for He is the Source and Provider who has so blessed our nation. This Thanksgiving, give thanks for our Savior, for the Bible, for our nation, for our parents and grandparents, for our church leaders, for our armed forces and their families, and for our basic provisions of food and shelter. This year we especially thank the Lord for an economy on the rise, a booming stock market, and the lowest unemployment in seventeen years. Pray a shield of continued protection for our President, Vice President, Cabinet, and members of both houses of Congress. May the God of Israel, whom the Pilgrims blessed, continue to watch over us and bless America.

We also want to give thanks for the move of the Holy Spirit that we are seeing here in Europe. We give praise for the harvest breakthrough God is giving in salvations, miracles, signs, and wonders in the European nations. May the Lord bring a fresh reformation to Europe and America.
