Weekly Watch Focus: Revival In China
FRIDAY, April 6, 2018—We continue to receive news of the ongoing move of God in China. Millions have turned afresh to the Lord. Even though the communist government is enacting stricter controls on religious activity, the move of faith in Christ is increasing mightily because the Chinese people are hungry for God. Revival is breaking out in even the state-run churches. It is getting harder for the Communist government to control this move of the Holy Spirit which is- spreading within its own party ranks. Many in the intelligentsia discern the roots of Western strength are its Christian foundations. They are recognizing that Christian believers make some of the most conscientious, helpful citizens. Let us praise God for the revival of Christianity in China. Pray for the 1,000s of house churches and their pastors. We pray for those who are persecuted and put in prison for their faith. May the Holy Spirit continue to sweep through every corner of China. May the Spirit of Christ touch every region of China with resurrection power, and the gospel go forth with signs, wonders, and miracles.
