Weekly Watch Focus: 21 Days of Victory Fast—Begin with Humbling and Repentance

Friday, August 31, 2018 - This is the year to catch the wave of God’s visitation and blessing. Let us prepare our hearts before God with humbling and repentance. Beginning with personal repentance, we also want to take our place as the people of God and repent on the behalf of the House of God and on behalf of our nation, going low and getting rid of the junk that would keep us from stepping into the fullness of God’s blessings. We are confident that God will hear us according to His promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14.

Part 2: Supreme Court Confirmation Hearings

We also cover the confirmation hearings commencing next week for President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh. It is of vital importance that wise, God-fearing judges who honor our Judeo-Christian foundations and Constitution be appointed to the highest court in our land. Kavanaugh represents the godly values of our founding fathers that undergird and protect our liberty, and has the opportunity to set the direction our nation will take for years to come.  Pray for favor for his hearings and for a quick vote of affirmation in the Senate. Bind back every lie, accusation, and plan of those who would block Kavanugh’s confirmation, rejecting the traditional Judeo-Christian values he represents.
