Weekly Watch Focus: Pray for California Wildfires
Pray for California as firefighters have been battling fires in both the Northern and Southern regions of the state. Dangerous Santa Ana winds and extremely dry conditions have the potential to spark devastating fires across the state while worsening ten existing fires active in Simi Valley, Los Angeles County, and Sonoma Country. Much of the state has been experiencing power blackouts as the state struggles to keep the risk of fire at a minimum.
We agree together corporately for the mercy of the Lord for this great state, for the fires to cease, and for the safety and restoration of these areas. Pray a hedge of protection for the people of California and bind back death and destruction. Pray for the safety and success of the firefighters as they bring the fires under control. Release angels to bring aid. Speak peace to the wind, and ask for the Lord to release supernatural rain to come and quench these fires. Pray comfort for all who have lost loved ones, homes, businesses, and properties.
