Weekly Watch Focus: Releasing Passover Blessings
FRIDAY, April 11, 2014, We want to honor this Passover on April 15 and take note of the significance of the aligning of a Blood Moon on this Passover. This convergence has only happened rarely (Watch our message on the Blood Moon & Passover here). The tetrad of Blood Moons aligned with Passover and Sukkot in that will happen in 2014 and 2015 has only occurred three other times in the past 500 years. With each of these occurrences, major events of tremendous significance have affected God’s people. We are calling for watchmen-intercessors to fast on April 14. Speak the Passover blessings on our families, our children, and the Church. As the children of Israel walked out of Egypt healed, delivered, and debt-free, speak that same blessing through the blood of Jesus over ourselves, our children, our churches, our pastors, and missionaries. Speak against the principalities over your region and declare, “Let my people go!” Bind spirits of poverty, addiction, and violence. Speak a special blessing and covering prayer over Israel and Jerusalem. May the spirit of hate and anti-Semitism be bound. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob bring Israel into prosperity and bring the believing Church into promised-land provision.
Acts 2:17-19, “When the time comes, I’ll pour out my Spirit on those who serve me, men and women both, and they’ll prophesy. I’ll set wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth below, Blood and fire and billowing smoke, the sun turning black and the moon blood-red, before the Day of the Lord arrives, the Day tremendous and marvelous” (TM).
1 Cor. 5:7 “Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.”
Ex. 12:3 “Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying: ‘On the tenth of this month every man shall take for himself a lamb, according to the house of his father, a lamb for a household.”
Ps. 105:37 “He also brought them out with silver and gold, and there was none feeble among His tribes.”
