Day 9 — No Cancer
Last Friday my endocrinologist scheduled an emergency appt for me because of pain and tenderness I felt in my Thyroid gland. They did an ultrasound and found two lumps, a big and small one, and he said they had calcified so they scheduled me for a biopsy on this Tuesday. My doctor had a conversation with me on Friday about Thyroid Cancer and the options available to get rid of it. I was a nervous wreck but I hid it very well. On Sunday I went to the altar to get prayer. The guy with the British accent prayed a heartfelt prayer for me and I felt the power of God come over me when he prayed and laid hands on me. I had the biopsy on Tuesday… I got the results yesterday and my doctor said the lumps are benign
I’m so thankful.........................
