Eight Arrows of God’s Victory
And Elisha said to him, “Take a bow and some arrows… The arrow of the Lord’s deliverance and the arrow of deliverance from Syria; for you must strike the Syrians at Aphek until you have destroyed them.” Then he said, “Take the arrows…strike the ground.” 2 Kings 13:14-19
If you want to know how to achieve victory in the realm of the Spirit, strike the earth with the following eight “arrows” until total victory is yours:
1. Be full of the Holy Spirit 2. Choose your battle. Seek God on what battles and how to engage in them in spiritual warfare. 3. Survey the cost and commit to total victory 4. Be sober minded. Don’t let momentary defeats or success cause you to let down your guard. 5. Focus on winning the battle. 6. Do not be discouraged by unforeseen obstacles 7. Be thankful. 8. Be vigilant. Guard the victory.
Prayer: Father God, help me to persevere and strike Your arrows of deliverance and victory for myself, my family and my nation. Holy Spirit, give me discernment into what battles to engage in and strategies for Your victory. Thank You for the ultimate victory I have in Jesus Christ, Your Son.
